Piensa otra vez si crees que Cristobal Colón deba ser honrado y celebrado como algo bueno para la gente de ayer, hoy, y mañana.  Yo creo que no.  Por experiencia personal y la de mi gente en los Andes en América del Sur, el 12 de octubre es un día de infamia.  Es un aniversario del genocidio de las naciones nativo americanas y de las poblaciones que fueron secuestradas de África y esclavizadas en América.

Quienes celebran a Cristobal Colón, en realidad celebran el colonialismo español y la esclavitud...  En pleno siglo XXI!

If you believe Cristobal Columbus deserves honor and celebrations, that he is a good influence for people through out history up to the future, think again.  I don't think so.  My own experience and that of my Andean people in South America tell us that October 12th is an infamous day.  It is an anniversary of the Native American Nation's genocide under the Spanish colonialism and the African populations' kidnapping from Africa to be brought to America as slaves.

Those who celebrates Cristobal Colon, in reality, celebrate Spanish colonialism and slavery...  In the 21st Century!
